Education Programmes
NSERD Mission is to empower slum children and communities to break the inhuman Cycle of Urban Poverty by providing them access to health, education and community development services and thus a comprehensive road from poverty to prosperity. Keeping this ideology in mind, we have opened 3 education centers where we are providing basic education to many poor children.
Free Health Care Counselling
We always work for women and girls for their better future and empowering them. Part of our on-going project we concentrate on women empowerment programs to create sustainable livelihoods, build up their self confidence among Self Help Group Women Leaders. Since 3 years we are have been conducting skill development trainings for the women and girls. Poor women & adolescent girls have been started their micro enterprise in fashion designing and stitching the different type of blouses, zari work on sarees, school children uniforms stitching.
Local Community Forum
NSERD has been working for better health and hygiene of poor women and children. It also organizes various programs from time to time in collaboration with various organizations for poor children and women living in slums and for their better health and hygiene in NSERD skill development centers For which we provide medical check-up camps, distribution of free medicines, and also distribution of Mensuration Hygiene Kits
Vulnerable Children/Children's Issues /Street Children
The participation of children is fundamental to the achievement of our objectives at NSERD. Through working directly with the children, together we design the program of activities that can best meet their needs.
